We would like to introduce a case study of our "mat switch." In a location where our customer was unloading goods, there was a lot of forklift traffic, and at one point, a contact accident occurred. They contacted us to implement a mat switch as a countermeasure. While unloading, the workers stepped on the mat switch to carry out their tasks, and a pole was erected with a rotating light installed. As long as they were stepping on the mat, the rotating light would spin, helping to alert those around them. To address this issue, they have introduced "mat switches." The product has been installed in a U-shape around the perimeter of the machine tool area, configured to trigger an emergency stop when stepped on. 10 years without accidents! Introducing a case where a system was implemented that prevents machines from operating without proper placement.

We would like to introduce a case study of our "mat switch." The customer was using their hands to assist with the winding of large cables. One time, they lost their balance, and their hand got caught in the winding machine. They contacted us to implement a mat switch as a countermeasure. We set it up so that the winding machine would stop immediately if someone stepped off the mat. A system was introduced where the machine would not operate unless feet were in the proper position.
